We are reaching out for your help with our local fire departments. This area continues to deal with multiple forest fires, including the Kingston Fire that, as of August 13, is out of control and has expanded to over 6,500 hectares, causing evacuations for multiple communities that are still ongoing. It’s been confirmed that multiple structures have been destroyed in this fire. Like many volunteer fire departments across the province, securing the necessary resources for safe and effective response remains a constant challenge. As the Town and communities work together to recover and rebuild from this disaster, they are committed to ensuring those vital resources are in place.

Listed below are the three local fire departments that have been on the Kingston fires, since it began, and continue to fight through the flames. If your Company would like to donate to their departments, you can EMT the Victoria and Salmon Fire Departments with the email address provided or through the link for the North Shore Fire Department. If YOU would like to donate in any other way, we will certainly be happy to help make this happen.
